To connect the T20+ to your phone, ensure it is working under a Wi-Fi network, download the AIRROBO app, register an account, and choose the T20+ to connect. Note that it only supports 2.4GHz WiFi.

2. Intelligent No-Go Zone: You can create no-go zones in the app to keep the robot from getting stuck in narrow spaces, and set virtual walls to prevent it from entering particular areas.

If the vacuum cleaner cannot be turned on when you receive it, please charge it for 15 minutes and then try again. To ensure the robot and base are on the same hard-level ground (no carpet), remove any obstacles around the base (60 inches in front, 20 inches on the sides), clean the charging contacts and sensors, and upgrade the app to the latest version.
